Training Manager
CurrentAs the Training and Compliance manager, I am responsible for creating and implementing programs that help our agency sales teams improve their skills and meet their targets. I also ensure that OU organization's employees are certified to meet the regulatory requirements of the industry.My role involves collaborating with the Head of Sales, Agency manager, and branch managers to identify areas where the training of agents is needed, developing curriculum and training materials, and delivering training sessions to the agents. I also do check on their proficiency status in regard to ECOP and enroll them for the same.One of my key goals is to ensure that managers and agents are equipped with the product knowledge and tools they need to be successful in their roles by creating comprehensive training programs that cover everything from product knowledge to sales techniques and grooming and etiquette. To ensure agents get coaching and support from their branch managers I conduct regular check-ins to ensure that agents are applying what they’ve learned in training, and providing feedback on areas where they can improve.I also play a key role in evaluating their effectiveness. This involves analyzing sales performance data to determine whether training programs are having a positive impact, and identifying areas where further training may be needed.Track and report compliance: I maintain records of employee training and ensure that all employees are up-to-date on required training. I also do provide reports on compliance to internal and external stakeholders. I also undertake audits to ensure that employees are following established policies and procedures and that the organization is complying with regulations.Overall, as the training and compliance manager, I am responsible for ensuring that the organization's employees are knowledgeable about our products, services, and business etiquette and are operating in a legally compliant and ethical manner.
