From 1988 on active in IT-industry, since then working for / working related to Exact Software. In 1988 starting as channel manager at Exact Software, setting up the reseller channel in the southern region of the Netherlands. In 1991 a job change to software development took place. As product manager I was responsible for the development of one of the main ERP Software modules in respect of design, development, quality assurance, marketing and sales.Since 1994 active as senior consultant and project manager in national and international implementation projects. The first seven years for major Exact Software accounts. In 2002 Explore-IT was founded together with Peter Szapora. Explore-IT is succesful implementing Exact Software and develops standard and tailor made software for national and international accounts. Nowadays Explore-IT has customers in 20 countries spread over Europe and Asia.
