Edwin Kramer is a very experienced senior EPC-project manager with a long career (around 33 years) in the development, design, procurement, and construction of pipelines for oil, gas, chemicals, potable water and district heating in Europe and Africa. and has managed several EPC-projects related to pipelines up to around € 150 million.Edwin Kramer has worked, in several staff and management positions, for the two major pipeline contractors in the Netherlands (A. Hak and Visser & Smit Hanab) between 1987 and 2009.Edwin Kramer has worked as Lecturer at Avans High School in Breda/ St. Pipeliner and University of Arnhem and Nijmegen in collaboration with DACI (Dutch Association of Cost Engineers) about various aspects (calculation and work preparation) concerning the construction of underground pipelines between 2005 and 2017. From 2009 he has been working as independent project manager and advisor for the development of and construction of pipelines for Gas, Oil and District heating.The main projects that have been executed bij Edwin are all pipelines for the biggest gas storage in Europe , Gasstorage Bergermeer for TAQA, New Oil export system for Van Oord/ Shell in Gabon, Leiding over Noord and the development of WarmtelinQ on behalf of Eneco.Edwin has a proven track record in leading multi-national projects and diverse teams from initial conception to completion.
