I had the opportunity to learn new knowledge on the different types of vaccines and various ways of managing the different Vaccination Centers (VC) during my one-month training at VCssuch as Woodlands Galaxy, Our Tampines Hub, Tampines East and Raffles City (RCCC). Stationed at RCCC, a dual vaccine center, I was able to work with the challenges of different type of vaccine permutations. I was able to establish good rapport with my colleagues and promote positive teamwork. I was able to adapt and guide my team to the multiple policy changes by MOH. With my prior experience in engaging customers, I was also able to guide members of public on obtaining their vaccines, advice on alternative measures and resolve conflicts when it arise.With the understanding that the vaccines are like national treasure, I have strived for and been able to achieve zero wastage of the vaccines on multiple occasions.During this time, I have also been given the opportunity to experience and manage the workflow and logistics for the vaccination operations for the Royal Caribbean and Genting Dream Cruises. Under the umbrella of Big Group, I have managed multiple brandings which include Kee Tin Kopi Pte Ltd, Big Bowl Chicken Rice LLP, Heavens Heritage LLP, Pratalicous LLP, Kopi Stop LLP. I was able to learn about the different cuisines and was also the chef for Big Bowl Chicken Rice. In December 2012, I was part of the Best of Asia team involved in the operation and consultancy of the first social enterprise hawker, Kampung@Simpang Bedok.

As the manager, I ensured good quality of food, and was responsible in maintaining the customer service, particularly the rapport with the management of the venues where the food outlets reside in.I also led the execution of high end catering through the liaising with customers, planning with the team, setting of design and set up of the catering site.
