I was able to establish good rapport with my colleagues and promote positive teamwork. I was able to adapt and guide my team to the multiple policy changes by MOH. With my prior experience in engaging customers, I was also able to guide members of public on obtaining their vaccines, advice on alternative measures and resolve conflicts when it arise.With the understanding that the vaccines are like national treasure, I have strived for and been able to achieve zero wastage of the vaccines on multiple occasions.During this time, I have also been given the opportunity to experience and manage the workflow and logistics for the vaccination operations for the Royal Caribbean and Genting Dream Cruises.
