Established in 2013. This is the most people joined coffee competition in Hong Kong. In the past six years, over 1200 coffee players in the industries has been joined our competitions and over 81,000 audience have been witnessed our show. Its two coffee competitions run annually in 14 July and early December. Its judging panel includes a lot of international and local coffee tycoons with WBC (World Batista Championship) qualifications. The success consolidated the power in different parties enable Coffee Power's development to become sustainable. Coffee Power Championship is a coffee event management organization registered in Hong Kong. The Coffee Power Management Team (CPMT) is a management group with extensive experience of coffee competition and variety show experiences, and its mission is to operate at the intersection of different players in the coffee industries, including experts, producers, practitioners, and coffee lovers.CPMT tries the best to crafts our event with the demand of ever-changing coffee industry, and leveraging exchange platform among judges and participants. Size is not our goal, however, we deliver the strategies that focus on creative and win-win achievements among all stakeholders. Established in 2005, one of the first specialty coffee shops which roasted our coffee beans in Hong Kong. We have set up three brands - "Colour Brown", "Coffee Store by Colour Brown 咖啡事多" and our prestige line "COFFEE DX". Our headquarter (coffee shop, coffee roastery and office) is located at Jordan, our other six sites are located at the centre of the city, Harbour City@ Tsim Sha Tsui, Eslite Spectrum @ Tsim Sha Tsui, New Town Plaza @ Shatin, apm @ Kwun Tong, Phvlo Hatch @ Sham Shui Po. Colour Brown is also the founder of local leading coffee association "Coffee Power Championship". Rather than entering a phase of rapid extension in coffee shops, it continuously focuses on creativity and technology to nurture the undeveloped part in coffee industry.

Being invited to start-up the first local coffee association for Hong Kong coffee industry in 2009. Organized the kick-off ceremony at HKCEC (Hong Kong Conventional & Exhibitional Centre) in conjunction with HOFEX in 2009. Strategized and organized the first three consecutive years of Hong Kong Coffee Championship from 2011-2013 with Colour Brown team and set the great model for future competitions.

Television Broadcast Limited, commonly known as TVB, is the first wireless commercial television station in Hong Kong. The group has grown to size of over 4,600 staff and transmit over 17,000 hours of programming every year. Luckily I have been working in this field in the hottest generation of watching television. I have been assigned as TVB’s representative of specific drama / variety programe for providing liaison between production departments and government bodies, venue, corporate and other stakeholders, TV varieties show such as Miss Hong Kong Contest, Miss International Chinese Contest etc. I had to work closely with different production departments such as producers, stage designers, setting, lighting, audio, OB team, writers, marketing team, so as to strive for excellence in production
