- Support the development, implementation and communication of a robust Enterprise Architecture management and governance framework for the Press.- Ensure that the Press’s technology landscape is closely aligned with corporate strategies, architectures, plans and the risk appetite of the Press and that technology solutions are aligned to the enterprise architecture- Determine, maintain and communicate Enterprise level architecture for one or more of applications, data, information, security, infrastructure aligned to the Press’s corporate strategy and plans- Determine and maintain the current and future technology landscape and the roadmap for transition from current state to future state, factoring in dependencies and needs within and across the divisions / geographies / functions / process areas.- Foster strategic business unit alignment, local regional support and apply domain expertise to drive standards, re-use and best practice across all of the Press.- Contribute to the formulation of the Press’s technology strategy. Assess the financial and technical impact of change and support the development of an architecture investment strategy.- Develop standards and ensure adoption and compliance to standards, re-use and best practice across the Press. Provide specialist quality assurance of the technical roadmap for transition from current to target architecture.- Provide support for development of solution architectures and provide guidance to ensure compliance. Assess the impact of a solution change on the current and future enterprise architecture and the overall fit of the solution recommendation. Identify and resolve architecture issues and risks.- Monitor and report progress against the roadmap and target architectures.- Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement for the Press to benefit from the strategic application of technology.- Understand the Business model and markets in which business unit operates.
