Rivian is an automotive technology company developing electric vehicles to sustainable transportation. It has recently launched its first two models to the US market. I supported the Finance team in developing their Financial Planning capabilities. I focused my internship project on completing the first comprehensive budget across the different departments resulting in the approval of an $850M pre-production plan by our Investors. In addition to that, I supported the Procurement department on its sourcing negotiations by building an NPV tool that assessed best cost options.

ICICI Bank is the largest private bank in India. As part of the Ross Multidisciplinary Action Project (MAP), we supported the Rural Banking Division and ICICI Foundation developing a strategy to expand its successful "Digital Village" project first deployed in Akodara (India) to other 500 villages. The bank wanted to promote the adoption of digital banking channels and increase the saving balances of the rural villagers. We interviewed over 200 clients across five different states to develop a new strategy that could be easily replicate in different rural villages across India and benefit the lives of one million rural clients.

At my last position at Credicorp, I was promoted as a Manager of Financial Planning overseeing the financial health of Pacifico's healthcare subsidiaries, leading the budgeting process, developing long-term financing strategies to support the expansion plans in each of our hospitals, identifying and leading efficiency projects across different subsidiaries, and assessing long-term strategic growth decisions. For instance, I managed the analysis team in a $258M joint venture between Credicorp (Peru) and Banmedica (Chile), one of the largest transaction in the history of the Peruvian private healthcare industry.

For instance, I was involved in the screening process, valuation and funding of the acquisition of 13 healthcare providers representing the largest and most aggressive vertical integration process in the Peruvian healthcare market.
