Job Responsibilities:• Installs and troubleshoot of CCTV System (IP and Analog), Access Controls,Biometrics and UPS.• Design and install Wi-Fi using Mesh or basic topology, configure wire and wirelessnetwork including P2P or PTMP design.• Designing of Fire Detection Alarm System and Solar PV System.• Set-up and Install Data Cabinets with devices such as Routers and Managed Switches.• Supervise Technicians for daily activities.

Job Responsibilities:• Performs machine automation, assembly, modification, dynamic testing, installation,verification and evaluation.• Make and Modify PLC, HMI Programs.• Supervise Engineers and Technicians for Machine Maintenance and Trouble• Shooting.• Review and evaluation of Engineering Drawings and Specifications.• Improvement of Machine or Line Performance (Capacity and Efficiency) thru Re-• Designing or Modification of Machine or Jig Parts.• Improvement of Line Performance (Capacity and Efficiency) thru Modification of existing Line Lay-Out of Machines and Jigs.• Monitor the Proper Implementation of Preventive Maintenance according to the Schedule and Procedure to provide production with High Yielding and Quality EfficientMachines and Jigs.• Generates reports for recommendations and solutions to problem encountered inproduction maintenance.• Generate Documents such as: Set-Up Procedures / Instruction Manual, OPL (OnePoint Lesson), Check sheets, and Evaluation Data / Results.• Root cause investigation, formulation, implementation and verification ofCountermeasures on problems encountered in production maintenance.• Do Daily Cross Functional Team Meeting.• Machine and Jig Spare Parts Monitoring.• Conduct Machine and Process Orientation to Operators, Technicians, Leaders as wellas Supervisors
