As a human resources manager at AmeriVet Veterinary Partners, I lead and support the HR operations for a growing network of veterinary practices across the US. I have over 10 years of HR experience, including 2.5 years as an assistant director of HR in the US Army, where I managed HR activities, training, talent, and policies for an organization of 150 employees.My core competencies include Workday Human Capital Management, manufacturing process improvement, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and diversity and inclusion. I am passionate about building and fostering inclusive and diverse teams, delivering excellent customer service, and creating strategic partnerships.
