- Responsible for the developing of organizational IT OT Budget with Managers and Directors- Monitoring spending and keeping IT OT Stakeholders informed on Budget to Actuals- Manage IT OT Projects Forecast, Variance Explanations and Budget vs Actual Analysis and Reporting (CapEx Fema, CapEx Non-Fema and OpEx)- Accruals, Reversals and Journal entries corrections for IT OT Contracts and Labor on monthly closings - Prepare Executive Financial Reports for IT OT Leadership- Contract’s Requisition as required by IT OT (Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, IT Apps, OT)- IT OT Vendors Invoicing Due Diligence and Contracts Compliance evaluation-Ensure timely establishment and administration of supply and quality agreement through close collaboration with Procurement, Legal and other functional departments to assure agreements are in place and kept up to date-Support overall vendor management process including sourcing, supplier management, risk management strategy, supplier selection and qualification, contracting and performance management

Responsible of Investors and Guarantors Default Reporting for Delinquent Loans- Keep adequate delinquency levels by completing the Default Reporting In a timely manner per HUD, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, MGIC guidelines.- Full compliance with internal and external audit processes with no recurrent findings and keeping or improving HUD Tier Ranking.- Complying with guidelines and regulations of mortgage servicing focusing on efforts and initiatives to automate the review of Delinquency reports.- Support with preventive reports the areas of Collections and Loss Mitigation to ensure Data integrity.- Prepare OCIF Reports for Delinquency, Foreclosure and Loss Mitigation of Loan’s activity in monthly basis.- Support Loss Mitigation to complete Claims for closed alternatives.

- Review all Post-Auction legal documentation is completed for Claims department referrals- Provide Effective follow up to lawyers on post-auction legal documentation that is necessary to complete claims (to investors or guarantors) or sales packages (for the REO Department)- Request OFAC verification for vendors due diligence process- Analyze vendors support documentation and determine if is under Oriental policies- Create vendors profile in Logic Manager and Workday- Support Mortgage Impairment Analysis to complete process before the Special Asset Committee- Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Analysis for FNMA DMRS Reporting- Assigns Evictions to our vendors and follow up the completion and compliance of the referrals- Property Tax Analysis for Post-Auction Investors and Guarantors Claims Referrals- Process in Workday Invoices Request for Property Taxes, HOA, Legal Fees, Towing Providers, Collection agencies and Summons- Title Search Analysis - Support Escrow team in AFV Monthly Foreclosure status codes and comments- Support in Collateral documents request- Support in Transunion Credit Report for Collections

- Accepts Deposits, cashes check, process loan payments, sell officers check following the Bank’s policies and procedures- Reports to the supervisor any suspicious transaction or activity in the Branch- Ensure that all transaction is executed strictly within the established operating BSA/AML policies and procedures, and adheres to all compliance- Support in Quality review for new loans and accounts
