Impacted the level and volume of residential and administrative services through enlisting and inspiring the synergy of both smarter and harder work towards achieving the highest goals for client satisfaction. This evolved an alread good culture and system of singular hard work phylosophy to a great business like approach to non-traditional services. Implemented a quarterly cadense of accountability system to align performance results and reporting to increase volume of services and achieve annual and longterm strategic goals.

Recruited to teach an introductory Sociology class at ACC after being guest speaker for several sociology classes regarding system scaling strategies and increasing the capaicty of people in systems. Used real work life use cases to engage students in the course work. Learned how to present in long form through the process of instructing for both 3 hour evening classes and hour longclass instruction formats taught during my lunch breaks from my primary employment with Juvenile Court.

Developed a work style for being known as a no-maintenance-required, self-starting, self-developing, constanly-learning-and-sharing and high-impact-contributing staff and leader. Had the opportunity to tranfer work experience from an college intership at Charter Hospital and educational knowledge from LSU to serve in a variety of roles from direct care to finishing as a Center Supervisor for all units of the hospital. Thankfully encouraged to expand my impact by identifying leadership gaps and taking on informal and formal leadership roles. Developed a passion for increasing the potential of clients, colleagues and systems within the systems that aided them included effective business practices and HR principles. Introduced to the power of intalling effective habits for individual contributers and self-directed work teams through documented SOPs, one on one coaching and ongoing group training processes.
