My responsibilities included overseeing key projects such as:1. **Refractory Works for Incinerator**: Ensured the quality and compliance of refractory installation and repairs, meeting all safety and performance standards. 2. **Replacement of 30” Valve Actuator**: Supervised the precise removal and installation of the valve actuator, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to technical specifications. 3. **Replacement of N2 Panels and Piping**: Managed the replacement process, ensuring all components met quality requirements and were correctly installed and tested.These efforts contributed significantly to the successful and timely Turn Around, ensuring operational reliability and safety.

• Lead and Supervise QA/QC team and provide guidance to develop quality culture in the project.• Prepare and Review ITPs, Method Statements and Work Procedures for the piping & structural fabrication / erection, and equipment installation.• Ensure that all inspection requirements on the ITP and Quality Plan have been implemented and carried out in compliance with the project specification.• Spot audit to check subcontractors are implementing Approved Quality Control Plan and Inspection Test Plan.• Review of radiographs and control all NDT reports and PWHT records.• Monitor welder’s performance and implementing corrective action to reduce the rate of weld repair.• Liaise and coordinate with the Owner Engineers and Inspectors for scheduling of inspections, clearing of deficiencies, assist internal audit and resolving other issues related to work quality requirements• Prepares and issue Non-conformance Report, Deficiency Report and Site Query Report, and follow up the corrective actions made by the concern department. • Inform and coordinate with the Construction Manager via emails or verbal communications for the required action to rectify all pending issues.• Preparation and compilation of all Quality Control documentation for the Hydro Test Packages i.e, Welding Records, NDT, Inspection Records, P&ID, Construction Drawing etc.. • Maintain records of the generated punch list during final inspection and walk down.• Preparation and compilation of all necessary documentation for the Mechanical Completion Certificate Packages for system turn-over to commissioning and Project Dossier for Final Hand Over.

• Responsible for implementation of Quality requirement during construction and erection of balance of plant piping and equipments.• Review of work scope, site preparation, drawings (P&ID and Isometrics), materials, tools/ equipment and manpower needed for assigned task.• Plan, monitor and coordinate work front for the mechanical subcontractors and conduct daily coordination meeting with the field engineers and site supervisors for erection and installation priorities.• Attend weekly meeting with the subcontractor management and site supervisors for the coordination of plan a head program, weekly production and discuss all pending issues.• Monitor, supervise and inspect the fabrication and erection activities of the subcontractors to ensure compliance with the project specification and with the Code and Standards requirements.• Coordinate with engineering department regarding deviation and nonconformance in P&IDs and Isometric drawings.• Review daily piping and welding production report, and weekly progress reports.• Supervise the piping reinstatement works after completion of pressure testing and piping internal cleaning such as flushing and air/steam blowing.• Prepare Turn-Over Package for the piping and equipments of the balance of plant piping network erection completion.• Joined final walk down inspection along with the client engineer and the commissioning engineer prior to turn-over the system package to commissioning team.• Responsible for coordination with the contractors for the execution of the generated construction and commissioning punch list. • Inform and liaise with the client engineer and the commissioning engineer for the review and signing off the closed punch points.

• Monitoring, Supervision and Inspection of the fabrication and erection activities of the contractor to ensure that all activities are comply with the governing Codes, Standards, and Project Specifications and approved drawings.• Review and approval of the contractors Inspection Test Plan, Welding Procedure Specifications, Procedure Qualification Records and Welder Qualification Test per ASME Sec IX.• Supervision and monitoring of the Hot Topping activities from the existing live gas line. • Inspection and monitoring of product water tank per API 650 and API 653 requirements.• Inspection and monitoring of piping fabrication and installation as per ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3.• Inspection of Pressure vessels, Distillers and Heat Exchangers per ASME Section VIII.• Inspection of HRSG and Boiler steam drum, super heater and economize tubes per ASME Sec.
