Responsible for the training, administration and well-being of all assigned soldiers. Provided the Military Academy administrative and supply services, specialized engineering (heavy equipment), police, helicopter and facility support. Managed a range and training complex of 9,000 acres containing 120 support structures and that supported Cadet training and community recreation. Coordinated requirements for and hosted a temporary support staff of 500 soldiers that supported cadet training each summer. As the Deputy Garrison Commander managed the installation housing council, its food service program and reports that support infrastructure requirements. Represented the community and the Academy’s leadership in appropriate media outlets. -

Managed a residential and business complex that consisted of 402 acres, 467 public buildings, industrial areas, a helicopter airfield and a residential community of 590 housing units. Provided community services and public works funded at $6 million to 16 tenant agencies with 1,200 military and civilian employees and 2,000 residents.
