Primary local team leader, responsible for recruitment of additional local consultants (21), training of additional local consultants during three rounds of training; organizing all field logistics to undertake study; providing QA on additional team leaders throughout the country (sometimes requiring a personal visit to correct problems); personally leading team of 6 enumerators to 60 communities across 3 districts who visited 600 households (1200 interviews) for quantitative data collection; maintained data on computer from all enumerators using electronic data entry devices; uploaded data weekly to global team leader; led qualitative research in 3 communities- USAID RISE Scoping and PEA research (Liberia, 2012, 2013).
