Support the day-to-day running of the ICT function and maintain the organisation’ssystems to ensure seamless and continuous provision of accurate information and:To provide ICT hardware and software support (includes computers, laptops, thin clients, servers, netbooks).To maintain equipment details at customers site.To keep an accurate record of work undertaken at customer sites and sign off completed works accordingly.Provide support for hardware and software within the organisation as requested by staff.To diagnose and rectify computer related hardware and software faults.Maintain professionalism when working on customer sites.Adhere to ICT change control processes.To monitor network performance, assist with network maintenance activities and ICT infrastructure expansion.To be contactable via mobile communications during the day.To assist with IT training sessions staff.Comply with and promote as appropriate statutory or policy requirements in relation to such issues as Health and Safety, Data Protection, Computer Misuse, Equal Opportunities and Investors in People.Provide support for other network based systems such as CCTV cameras.To use and maintain the helpdesk system.To assist with the source and purchase of consumables and equipment.
