As a strategic partner to Africa's leading telecoms operators, 4C Group provides essential payment gateways that play a pivotal role in connecting Vodacom and Safaricom’s M-Pesa users with a diverse range of fintech services. The specific project I am working on is called Mpesa OpenAPI which powers their M-Pesa payment network currently being rolled out in Africa, for a joint-venture between Vodacom Group and Safaricom PLC called M-Pesa Africa.I am currently doing development on their online portals, namely an SDK portal, and two online payment portal systems using Java and React. This role also involves server maintenance and using their in-house software called iNSight to manage transaction APIs. We are working in a SAFe Agile work environment. Other technical expertise involved is with regards to building logical flows for their APIs, advanced SQL procedures, data mediation and security network enhancements.

I collaborated with other team members to ensure seamless integration and user experience, allowing users to access authorized garages, auto part dealers, car markets, insurances and expert advice effortlessly.
