Graduated with an MBA from the University of Hull, U.K, he is highly competent in placement for positions in general management, human resources and senior sales & marketing – both technical and non-technical – for the IT and Telecommunication, healthcare, FMCG, manufacturing and engineering industries in the region.Prior to his current appointment he was Managing Director with Sanford Rose Associates Singapore and Team Head with Morgan and Banks (Australian based Recruitment firm) in the Consumer sector and a Consultant with Deloitte & Touche HR consultants Pte Ltd.Edwin is also a Certified User of the Thomas International DISC, a Psychometric Analysis Instrument and has been using this instrument to profile candidates for Leadership positions. .Before embarking on his career in Executive Search, he was the Sales & Marketing Manager for American Express International, Inc where he was responsible for Singapore, Brunei and Burma markets. In addition, Edwin held Sales & Marketing positions with Hongkong Bank, Jardine Parrish (medical equipment) and Johnson & Johnson.Capitalizing on his past experiences in Sales & Marketing, Edwin brings with him an extensive network of contacts in the region, good knowledge of requirements for Sales & Marketing positions as well as human resource and general management responsibilities.
