Ensure customer is billing correctly and accurately via various governance process. Ensure bills get print and sent to customer on time and accurate. Handling of customer billing requests and issues in BRM and Siebel CRM. Work closely with various Vendors to ensure billing systems perform as BAU.-Ensure integrity of the billing process by completing quality assurance checks, trial billing and reconciliation on a rostered basis.-Investigating and troubleshooting of customer queries and requests.-Handling of Interconnect (IcT) suspense management ensuring errors get clear within SLA level.-Involvement in IcT upgrade.
