• Downloading funds collection reports from KRA business systems and statement reports transferred by commercial banks from Central Bank of Kenya internet banking.

• Attend to phone calls with keen phone handling protocols and respond to enquiries, problems or concerns of IEBC callers.
• Create, log and tract contacts that require further action.
• Ensure that the caller’s concern is accurately documented, record the Frequently Asked Questions, and forward to the relevant IEBC department for action.
• Passing information from IEBC management to IEBC officials in the field and public across the country and diaspora.

• Publicize voter registration activities and Biometric Voter Registration System KIT movement schedule.
• Open, arrange and close the Registration Centre at the designated time
• Facilitate the registration of voters, collate and submit registration data to the Voter Registration Assistant on weekly basis.
• Report the progress and challenges of the voter registration process to the Voter Registration Assistant.
• Ensure security of the voter registration materials for instance, Voter Registration System Kit and Kenya Integrated Election Management System Kit.
