1. Coordinate and ensure that there is smooth security operations along the SGR corridor from Portrietz to Suswa.2. Supervision of Regional Security Assistants deployed along the SGR corridor.3. Investigate all security breaches/violations against Kenya Railway assets along the SGR corridor.4. Coordinate and Liaise with National Government Administration Officers along the SGR corridor.5. Represent the Security Services Division in County Security Committee meetings.6. Set Performance Appraisal targets to the Security Assistants in accordance with Kenya Strategic goals.7. Key Achievements• Protected the Kenyan Borders from any external attacks or aggressions.• Assisted the civil authority during building collapse at Embakasi Pipeline estate to rescue the survivors.• Participated in the construction of roads in Ijara Constituency, it gave an easy time for infantry soldiers to move across the borders during the Linda Inch operation in Somalia.• Collected security intelligence information, the information was able to be used and helped identify a terrorist who used to plant IED on the route paths that were being used by the soldiers.• Participated in the construction of a bridge at Archers Post, the bridge helped in easy movement of civilians and soldiers at large.• Participated in Camp protection and screened every person whom may want to gain access to the military barracks.• Participated in the collection of explosives that were used by the military personnel during training but didn’t detonate at Samburu county, this helped reduce drastically the fatal injuries or deaths that occur to civilians as a result of poor handling of the explosives found on the ground.• Completed combat engineering training.
