In one of his start-ups he was pushed into the corner whereby unless he knew software programming the business would have to shutter, so in under 1 month Edwin successfully picked up Objective-C programming to create iOS mobile apps, PHP for backend programming, MySql for database management, CSS/HTML for frontend development as well as pushing the limits of his creativity by familiarising with creative software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for GUI and website design.Some of his greatest achievements includes:1. founding and growing the award winning Medella brand and managing its team and business from a humble beginning from his living room in Malaysia and subsequently expanding globally with multi-million dollar in revenues, also the no.1 choice brand for coconut cooking oil in Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei2. co-founded and setup a 20,000 sq ft coconut processing factory including managing and growing its business in a remote 3rd world country with limited resources and access, in partnership with the local government to provide training and job opportunities.
