Blue Rhine Industries is one of the UAE’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of signage, advertising and LED solutions with headquarter in Dubai and warehousing across GCC.Responsibilities: Design and document environmental graphics, signages and wayfinding packages for interior and exterior based projects up to a shop drawing level across GCC mainly in Saudi Arabia and UAE. Prepare Internal and External Shop Drawing/Location Plan for Cinemas Wayfinding packages in accordance with IFC and client design guidelines. Prepare Digital Signages using Pixel Pitch LED screen and LCD screen according to client’s specification highlighting the required data and power provision. Design and proposed digital Kiosk with required devices in technical drawing with realistic 3D render for cinemas and retail client. Design and analyze Signage structural requirement to be used for structural calculations. Calculate weight and power requirement of signage. Prepare drawing of material submittal for production releasing.  Coordinate with project manager/Engineers to resolve any signage technical issues on site. Work with project managers/Engineers to ensure all required information and documentation is clearly provided on drawing sets. Make the required revisions to the existing drawings as specified by the client, salesperson or project manager. Work with our in-house manufacturing team and routinely conduct quality check to ensure drawing detail were followed. Production releasing through sales force using specified job order and sub jobs. Prepare BOQ according to signage package. Prepare and documents final as built drawing to be used on project completion report.  Plot digital files file as requested by Project Managers/Engineers.

TGP is a leading full service design and production companyResponsibilities: Drafted and designed full detail Signage shop drawing using AutoCAD and Google Sketch up Pro 2015. Work closely with Project Managers and Engineer’s to discuss design details, Prepare and analyze architectural layout and detail drawing from RFI (Release for Construction). Understand different types of material before and after the fabrication of the sign. Perform conceptual design from different types of Signage or Way finding Sign using Google Sketch up Pro. Proposed detail design for Pre standing or Ceiling mounted sign base on the approved structural calculation by the certified Structural Engineers. Prepare fixing details and analyze type of sign to be installed on a specific location on site. Assist/Coordinate production team during fabrication to ensure correct guidelines has been followed. Provide print copies of the approved shop drawing. Release cutting files for mock up sample or for actual production as per approved shop drawing.  Revise drawings to reflect current changes and ensure all the details are clear to complete the revision. Create and Maintain As built drawing for production reference and final drawing submission.  Plot digital files and read basic plans.Reporting to Project Manager to meet deadlines on the submission of Shop drawing.

Lumiglass Industries specializes in manufacturing of safety glasses; architectural glass and Bullet Resist Glass.Responsibilities:New Model for development Process: Trace Original Equipment Manufacturer of Glass on a clean bigger white paper, after tracing the OEM determine the correct points of trace line and arc and thenget the X and Y Coordinates of each given points Enter the Coordinates of point into AutoCAD; after the coordinates are all encoded connect the coordinates by the use of Lines and Arcs. Compare the Manual trace coordinates into printed coordinates in AutoCAD since the coordinates was done manually there will be a difference carefully check the necessary adjustment of each point of the coordinates. Prepare the Final Perimeter of Windshield, Front Door, Rear Door, Vent Door, Quarter fix and Rear Windshield. Carefully check the marking of set up on each glass, mark represents the value of offset and black band. Prepare the drawing base on the final set up, include VIN Slot, Heater and Sun band for Windshield also Antennae of Rear Windshield and Quarter fix if needed. Complete the details on the drawing(e.g. Customer Name, Brand of Car, Year Model, Levels of Protection, Section, Part Name, Date). Prepare Customer Data Sheet and sent it to customer for approval. Print all drawings base on approved customer data sheet and sent it to Production for tooling, make sure all data are clear to the operator on tooling. Prepare the Design or Black band of each part, Print the Design (Black band) and send it to Screen making.Receive Drawing from the Customer: Carefully check the details of the drawing, check the levels of protection Study the section. Prepare Customer Data Sheet base on receive drawing and send it customer for confirmation Release the drawing on production for tooling; release the black band for screen making.Coordinate with the Production In-Charge regarding the priorities and lineup of work to be done:
