capturing data of the raw materials brought in through the Back End, materials requested from stores to production for processing and the finished product taken to the dispatch stores for distribution. Data captured of raw material received and requested from stores is then compared to what's been produced and then calculated to find the variances. the information gathered is then presented to the Accounts department where the variances are converted into the total amount saved or lost.

Manages and implements the quality assurance and control systems of a company to ensure the proper execution of products and customer satisfaction. oversee a team of quality control analysts and train them on the latest product standards. make sure that customers are pleased with the finished product by communicating with them and setting realistic expectations. Also provide reports on quality metrics to the other members of the management team.

Responsible for overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes on a production floor. oversee scheduling and routine production activities as well as acting as the first line of support for troubleshooting should problems arise.
