• Manage MEP works package on site & have overall responsibility for MEP construction works.• Responsible for the overall implementation and monitoring of all related electromechanical works at site.• Coordinate design and project related activities between the Company, other trades and subcontractor.• Liaise with MEP subcontracting colleagues on site, including the Site Manager/General Foreman for labour issues, and the MEP Commercial Manager on commercial matters.• Check shop drawings. Respond to contractor’s requests for information and questions.

• Responsible for the overall implementation and monitoring of all related electromechanical works at site.• Carry out all necessary test such as insulation resistance test, continuity test, earth resistance test, cable termination torque test, phase rotation, impedance test etc. • Coordinate electrical design and project related activities between the Company, other trades and subcontractor.• Reviews and approves product drawings, drawing release packages, and drawing revisions• Respond to contractor’s requests for information and questions.

• Provide effective interface between tenant, tenant contractor, base build and RDT to facilitate proper and timely response to Tenant requirements and satisfactory resolution of issue arising.• Conduct coordination meeting between the owner, contractor and basebuild team to ensure all issue arising are sorted out • Conduct regular site visits to monitor the performance of tenant contractors to ensure fit out compliance with guidelines as per the Tenant Fit Out Co-ordination Plan and Design Criteria Manual.• Follow RDT Systems and Procedures and innovate to suit the present situation to achieve timely delivery of unit.• Co-ordinate with base builds contracting teams providing logistics at site to facilitate efficient delivery process.

• Check design drawings and project specification to ensure the completion of construction projects is in accordance to scope, schedule and budget.• Review and check electrical plans, carry out design check calculation, highlight discrepancies and site clarification request• Prepare shop drawings, carry out material take off, • Execution of all Electrical and ELV works (Emergency Lighting System, Intelligent Lighting Control Panel system, BMS system and Fire Alarm System) works as per the site condition.• Overseeing of 3cx300 sq mm 11 kV feeder cable laying and cable termination from airport Central Utility Complex (CUC) to 11 kV RMU’s.
