I have led >30 successful full cycle Launch (Medium Enterprise) full cycle implementations in core HCM and compensation. I have also supported many other implementations.

Co-owner of generator/light tower rental business in the Petroleum Industry in SE Venezuela (35 employees, ~$M in revenue, and $250k in parts inventory). Initiator of a new practice in the industry to improve velocity (production time) by 90 days for Chevron, one of the largest petroleum companies in the world.

Co-owner of ~$M business that exports heavy equipment, generators, and their respective parts to Latin America. Responsibilities included negotiating with suppliers, optimizing for logistics (best method to ship, route, warehouse), identifying customers, conducting sales, post-sales support, and managing the budget..

Developed leads and pursued sales in Latin America/Caribbean for Motorola's 4G high speed wireless data cellular networks and optimization services. Identified customers, determined negotiations strategy, conducted negotiations, coordinated with the factory on shipping schedules, and ultimately achieved customer satisfaction while enabling division sales and margin goals. This role involved cross-functional collaboration with sales support, legal, finance, and product management.

Primary technical expert for Motorola's cellular infrastructure customers in LATAM. Collaborated with account teams and customers in the Latin America region to determine feature priorities for product and software development, based on value. Also, resolved technical issues, coordinated shipping, developed proposals, and ultimately pleased customers.

Managed services contracts to improve all aspects of the operation and performance of cellular system. Improved cellular system performance (RF propagation, RF performance, paging) for AMPS/NAMPS/CDMA systems. Monitored and resolved cellular infrastructure issues. Interfaced with CTO on a weekly basis and CEO on a quarterly basis. Deployed new network equipment. Trained local Motorola employees.

Prepared cellular system proposals, redesigned Ericsson AXE switch translators, and trained local employees to operate and maintain an Ericsoon AXE cellular switch.

Operated and maintained AXE switch. Managed projects with CBIS billing systems, voicemail, activations systems, and new switches. Investigated cellular system voids and shortcomings.
