When I am asked what line of work I am in, its simple.....PEOPLE. I am in the PEOPLE business! Whether I am managing a team of Service Advisors, a shop full of technicians, or just one individual needing guidance and support... it is a people business. I strive not to be the best, but to be the best at making others be THEIR best and I find my success in their success. I am nothing without a solid team making me look great and therefore I lead others with respect and that mentality has never let me down nor have my PEOPLE. I thrive on making the customers experience an exceptional one because without customers, we may as well close the doors. I have worked in the Mortgage and Automobile industry since 1994 and have worn many hats but no matter which hat I have worn....it dealt with people. I do not look at customer satisfaction as part of the job, it’s a way of life.
