As Group Agent I concentrated on direct sales to travel agents focusing on group sales and charters. My most profitable group accounted for 10% of overall sales. Selling FAM trips to new travel agents was a tool I used to increase sales potential and showcase our brand.I also served as first point of contact between the Purser’s staff and the office. I was responsible for reporting all voyage activity to both vessels to ensure operations were fluid.Another component entailed monitoring hotel inventory to maximize profitability.

In this position my primary job was to serve in front desk capacity checking in guests and answering service calls dispatching hotel staff and maintenance.I also lead the hotel staff to the land side hotel for embarkation early check in. In this role I supervised 5-7 crew members for check-in

My primary function in this role was to cater to the national VIP players in our charter program. This player would have a $450 ADT to an excess of $10,000 ADT. I arranged all accommodations prior to arrival to maximize time spent in the casino.My biggest accomplishment was designing and implementing the small plane program (30 seats or less). This idea mirrored our large plane (130 seat) program and took VIP to a whole new level to focus on the high end player and their needs. This invitation was extended to players exceeding $1500 ADT. I coordinated limos, suite pre check-in and all accommodations arranged. This program lasted for 8 months and generated over $11,000,000.00 in extra revenue.Aside from the small planes I also managed Commercial Seat Block Program which allowed VIP guests to travel to the Region via commercial flights. I planned and organized special events for guests (player appreciation parties, Holiday parties, etc.).As a team-member, I assisted NCM Coordinators with our regular plane program (130 seats). My assistance included monitoring operations to ensure competence of team, assisting to keep team on schedule, and managing comping program to ensure guests meet criteria.
