- Responsible for providing date analysis in KPIs including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, variances, etc.- Participate in annual and monthly budgetary & forecasting process.- Preparation of monthly financial report.- Close working liaison with Region APAC Finance team.- Assess dealer financial background.- Perform month-end close activities and reporting.- Conduct reviews on all records, journal entries and financial statements to ensure data accuracy and adequacy.- Ensure all relevant financial accounts and reports are produced and maintained in an accurate and timely manner.- Ensure the adherence of uniform accounting practices, adequate internal controls are in place, and transactions are in full compliance with policies and procedures.- Close working liaison with PTVI accounting shared service, auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies or authorities.- Credit and financing review. - Stocks control to ensure healthy aging of inventory.- Liaising with dealers to ensure on-time collections and avoid overdues.- Overall cashflow review to ensure cashflow level is consistent with budgeted level.- Provide strategic support to the local management team with in-depth analysis on business opportunities, business planning as well as strategic planning.- Conduct business performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities, and providing recommendations for improvement.

- Prepare, review monthly financial report, including all the various special purpose reports.- Approve expenditures petty cash.- Monitoring Tax Invoice and the transaction.- Checking and verifying all voucher petty cash, expenditure vouchers, general voucher and bank revenue.- Preparing budget, forecast and 5 years business plan.- Ensure all vouchers updated timely and correctly into Autoline.- Ensure the closing time is done correctly.- Prepare stock movement report on weekly basis.- Coordinate with Singapore for the routine and ad-hoc queries on financial data.- Regular follow up with all other departments for data update and correcting discrepancies noted.- Compliance with LOA for financial controls, including asset acquisitions & disposal.- Analysis of provisions for inventories.- Reconciliation intercompany transaction monthly.

- Lead audit department including review and monitor the job progress to meet the target and deadline.- Perform statutory audit, including audit field work through substantive test, preparation of financial statements and statutory record.- Act as a tax agent including calculate corporate income tax along with the submission to IRAS.- Perform preparation of XBRL and annual filling to ACRA.- Perform unaudited financial statements for audit exempted companies.- Perform ad-hoc audit engagement such as grant audit, sales audit, subsidy audit, etc.
