Mr Shibuda regularly represents financial institutions and corporations in High Court and Commercial Courts in class actions, debt recovery and bankruptcy litigation cases, and has conducted non-jury trials in courts throughout the country. Mr Shibuda also has substantial experience representing companies and individuals before the Land Tribunals, Tax Appeal Boards and other regulator, including the Tanzania Revenue Authority. Mr. Shibuda has particular expertise in cases and regulatory matter with investment and human rights implication.Prior to joining Intel, Mr Shibuda was a states Attorney Trainee at the Attorney General`s Office, where he participated in a wide variety of investigations and successful prosecutions of criminal violations involving racketeering, tax fraud, computer fraud, bank fraud and money laundering.
