• With IT role:Audit, Plan, control and implement IT policies, procedures and standards;Responsible for System Logging, Monitoring, Auditing and Disaster Recovery;Lead Windows 2003/2008/2012 (DHCP/DNS/Active Directory/Group Policy/File Server), Exchange Server 2007/2013 and Linux Administration; Lead WAN/LAN/Internet/PC/Apple Mac/Virtualization (Parallels, Hyper-V, VMware) troubleshooting, maintenance, and remote administration; and Linux Red Hat/WatchGuard Firewall Administration; • With IT Project Manager: Do strategic planning for all projects that involve information systems, develop custom programs as needed , mobile strategy applications, business automation and maintain existing programs;Support the implementation of new enterprise applications (IT Infrastructures with APAC, warehouse management system, transport management system, ERP) on time & within budget;Plan, control and implement IT policies, procedures and standards• With Business Analyst role, Analyze the entire business, including data, goals, process, market research and organization;Set project goals and define specific requirements and scope; Understand current state technology operations and monitoring capabilities;Identify areas for improvement;Recommend short and long term solutions which are relevant; Implement improvements and sustainability controls;Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis;Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources like MS Dynamics and SAP CRM/ERP/ECC for ERP in-house improvement and CRM Dynamics for CRM in-house improvement (BEAMS – Business Enterprise Analytics Management System) , reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

 Capture, consolidate and communicate reports or the information from the Banking business users in Canada and to the IT team. Follows defined support processes, manages ITSM Remedy queue to meet SLA targets for customer requests.  Design from the scratch, develop and support new scheduled Crystal Reports from Crystal Report Server/ Web Reporting /Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSAS) reports. Troubleshoot report issues to include poor performance, bad data and to make recommendations for changes.  Works closely with business users (TELUS) to define reporting requirements and documenting the requirements. Build complex queries and views.

 Performs advanced (senior-level) computer systems analysis work.  Works closely with business users (Linksys-CISCO) to define reporting requirements and documenting the requirements.  Researches and evaluates other available reporting tools and makes recommendations for their.  Design from the scratch, develop and support new scheduled Crystal reports based on Working Order Form.  Consult with team members to gather information about report needs, objectives, functions, features, and input and output requirements.  Troubleshoot report issues to include poor performance, bad data and to make recommendations for changes.  Monitor processes and performance of server. OIC/MOD of CISCO- Linksys MOD command center - primary point of contact between CISCO Systems – Linksys outsourced Technical Assistance Centers and CISCO Systems Linksys Management.

To develop Business Intelligence report like Sales/Margin Trend/Inventory/What-If Analysis. To assist in Project implementation namely DCRM, e-HR, Bossard Score Card, Customer Survey, AR Tool, Next Gen DCRM. To assist in database consolidation and updates for project implementation. To consolidate the feedback and suggestions from users on all various systems for improvisation. To assist and solve day to day technical and functional questions. To assist in ad-hoc activities as and when necessary. To assist BTP (Singapore, Philippines, India, US, Switzerland, Thailand, Malaysia, and Korea) IT infrastructure projects and activities.

To provide business support and training to the staff of Bossard Korea (BOK). To set up Bossard Group intra-network in BOK and to stabilize Bossard Group web-based Software facilities. This include training and facilitating communication in English, lab work, Bossard SmartBin Program (Inventory System), IT Work (ERP - iScala Superuser/Admin, Database Administration, Network Administration, and Software Deployment), product sourcing, and coordination work betweens Business Unit’s (esp. S. Korea, Philippines, Singapore, and Switzerland).
