As a Technical Specialist, we serve as the trusted advisor within our customer's environment to ensure the Lexmark devices and all workflows/systems are functioning correctly and to the standard set by Lexmark and our customers. As a Subject Matter Expert in the CAC/PIV environment, I also serve many federal agencies in the Midwest. This includes providing configuration support, maintaining DISA STIGS and developing configuration files to support a broad range of federal environments including National Guard, Air Force and Veterans Administration.
