CurrentIn layman terms, I lead a team of covert commandos that are the first to enter enemy territory. They are the eyes and hands on the ground, collecting critical information for further analysis by the backend operatives. Often, we get missions such as island-wide system deployments while other times, we perform routine system operations and monitoring. I make sure the team is motivated and properly trained and ready to fulfil their missions.Another team of security operatives also report to me. They are the people who have hindsight over the security wellbeing of all the fare systems and makes sure it stays in as healthy level as possible.My other portfolio is the championing of our maintenance team's integrated contact centre which provides first level fare systems support to all our customers. This centre acts like a web proxy, escalating requests to the right people in the backoffice for followup. As the competency builds up, it becomes more equipped to provide the answers themselves.Last but not least, I report to LTA Fare System's Maintenance Manager. To put it bluntly, I do his bidding and protects his interests as well as the organisation's.
