* Management and execution of residential/commercial escrow analysis portfolio.* Verified adequate collection for tax/insurance escrow.* Review any discrepancies found within the administration of the escrow* Establish escrow accounts through a Loan Servicing Platform capable of producing trialanalysis reviews and annual escrow disclosure

571 REO Foreclosure Reimbursement Representative* Process required items/documents through form 571 Cash Disbursement requests (571claim) and AMN. The form enables servicers to itemize expenses incurred.* Ability to process 571 claims determining each line item within the claim forreimbursement or to collect additional information.* Analyze/research claims submitted by servicers using LPS - Invoice Management and AMNscreens. * Responsibility: Resolve 80 to 100 claims daily, Knowledge of taxes with-incounty/state through-out the US. Attorney expense classification/descriptions andtolerances. Edit codes and their descriptions, Property preservation tolerances, legaltolerances for each state.

Partial Release Department* Verify required items/documents for the partial release request are signed and dated bymortgagee* Determine type of mortgage; Heloc, 2nd Conventional, FHA, VA or Conventional. * Prepare an open file to Processor for final review based on the type of loan.* Update Excel spreadsheet to track the status in the process for partial release. * Submit completed orders to process review. Goal is to complete all requests within 30calendar days.* Type of Requests, just to name a few, for the Partial Release department: Acquisitionand/or Partial Release, Consent/Subordination to Easement, Department of TransportationTaking, Oil and Gas Lease, Consent to Subordinate and Water Rights release. * Successful education requirements month of August 2010: Instructor Led - CommunicationExcellence.
