"A good man can do the work of ten people, but a great man can get ten people to do the work." Sure, it feels great to accomplish loads and loads of work on your own, work that would have needed multiple different people to complete, but being able to motivate and delegate work to others so that everyone can learn and grow is far more meaningful to me. Being the captain of multiple competitive soccer teams growing up has allowed to me lead different groups of people to one common goal: being the best.I am very personable and get along with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Having a father born and raised in the Netherlands and a Guatemalan mother, I was introduced to different cultures and views at an early age. Traveling to and exploring different countries all over the world has allowed me to meet people with different beliefs and ideas, which has taught me to be more mindful and understanding of why people act the way they do, and what makes people work.In my free time, I enjoy hiking, watching and playing soccer, and traveling to new places!
