Lead a team of developers to convert data of the old system to the new system that is being standardizes on all countries under Citibank. Work and discuss with business users with regards with their requirements and queries.Work with testers with there testing issues and fixing related problems. Provide conversion scope and design conversion specifications, data mapping and conversion prociedures.Work with other product processors with regards to data exchange between modules.

As a member of Barclays project, I’m assigned in the application development for the UKBA. ​As a Developer: • Create a detailed design out of the requirements receive from the client.• Code/amend source code based on the design received making sure it complies with the bank’s standards and design specification.• Creates documentation for the code/application• Creates the unit test planning and process• Prepares precise and comprehensive data for the unit test• Executes the unit test• Identifies and fixes any issues or defects found during application testing. As a Team Lead • Review high level design making sure that the design will be build-able and raise issue if there are problems in the design• Create a work plan where it will includes which resources will do a certain task and how much time he will spend to that specific task. Making sure that the team will be chargeable.• Review and sign-off deliverables that the team will be delivering to the client.• Make sure that the time will meet deadline set by the clients and with quality of work.• Resolve any issues that arise on the project that I handle.• Enforcing to the project that it will follow procedure and processes that the company follows.• Creating and reporting status of the project to the client.• Supervises the data preparation and maintenance for testing• Creates and verifies the test plan (conditions and cycles) for the application test in accordance with the client and project needs and methodology standards.• Identifies deficiencies and propose solutions to the support team.
