Yield enhancement on MEMS products(Automotive and Non-automotive products).• Yield analysis and cycle time analysis.• Hold lot analysis and disposition.• Checking the FCCP and update according to the standard• SBL/SYL review with division and test time reduction.• Non conforming lots (NCL) analysis and reporting in time.• Root cause analysis from assembly to finishing based on the available data• Monitoring the overall performance of MEMS products and machine TPR.• Work with Divisions and QA team to address the issues and make the RCA.• New product qualification using the different temperature and reliability flow if necessary.• New machine qualification and checking the machine performance.• Identifying and solving the technical issues of the handler and testers.• Test program debugging and transfer to production through PCMS qualification.• Working with Divisions, Assembly, Planning Quality, Equipment Suppliers through• analysis and feedback, early warning, and regular reporting.• Customer audits support to meet automotive standards like VDA 6.3 audit.• Customer return analysis and finding the root cause if its related with EWS, Assy or test environment, also test ifnecessary.• Working on the engineering activities like new resin, lead frame and other changes in the products for betterproducabilityData analysis used by following tools:• Optimal plus (table , chart , statistical , Wafer map , heat map with unit level traceability)• Galaxy examinator (STDF analyzer + other abilities)• Power BI (for daily monitoring of Yield , TPR and other KPIs)• Excel for data analysis• SBL/SYL table
