Some of my responsibilities includes;Liaising with all the departments prior to the event for the planning of the event such as :Marketing - Promotions and Designs of Booth layout, Floor plan, Display, Branding.Merchandise - Propose and planning of merchandise for the event and pricing, discounts, FixturesLogistics - To supply the Merchandise department selected stocks and fixtures for the event. Support with replenishment and other ad-hocs for the event. Sometimes required to outsource logistics transportation for the movement of stocks. Other Responsibilities - Hiring of part-time manpower for the event, Catering food for the event, Keeping under the Event budget, Provide training for the event team. And collaborate with Event Organizers and other event partners with Setting up and tearing down and smooth operations at event. Aside to Events I had also engaged in handling all the departmental stores where we had our Brand presence in the shopping centers like Takashimaya, Isetan, Robinsons, Tangs. Key responsibilities would be to take charge of all the department store outlets (ID Space) and setting up brand/merchandise displays with international branding standards, managing the retail staffs, implementing promotions or work with the malls for promotional tie-ups, constant checking of sales trends and executing of necessary actions to maintain high monthly sales. negotiating margins and events and promotions with the mall.
