To take lead in the implementation of Right Path’s themes; Child Rights, Education, Gender justice, Livelihoods and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene in Uganda and East Africa. As well as also strategically guide, shape the organizational strategic direction, relationship with partners, diffuse bottlenecks in the delivery of the organizational mandate, identify unnoticed communities living on the margins of society, and ground breaks of new initiatives that help children from under-resourced communities thrive.

As a Program Director at Children On The Edge Africa, I was tasked with the responsibility of overseeing the coordination and implementation of all aspects of the ongoing programs of the organization including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling program activities as well as engaged in creating protective environments where children enjoy being children.

I advocated and raised awareness of orphaned and vulnerable children at every level of the community to provide a supportive environment for their well being. I also mobilized and strengthened community-based responses for the identification, care, support, and protection of orphaned and vulnerable children within the shanty communities to enhance ownership and sustainability.
