Conceptual Engineering - Lead in defining the scope for $600 million expansion project Extra Heavy Crude Upgrading facility. Instrumental in the start-up of four refineries from engineering and operations, including management and training of personnel•Operations experience - Expert Operations trouble-shooter and capable of planning and executing any refinery start-up or shutdown•Refinery experience includes: Process Engineering, Economics & Planning, Operations, Projects, Construction, Commissioning, Process Control, Utilities and Terminal•Additional Crude Oil Production Facilities experience, Pipeline and Pumping stations, Commissioning & Start-up•Strongly self-motivated, conscientious and willing to assume responsibility•Overseas experience in Middle East, Europe, India, Colombia, Venezuela, USA, Caribbean Islands, Central America, and South East Asia
