Working on the development and marketing of a board based strategy game designed around the idea that the game can be played both on a small format and for convention sized competition events. Game has received test play in the central US market and will be rolled out as production issues are satisfied.

Provide outstanding customer service and knowledge to customers looking for event options locally and throughout the country. Utilizing knowledge of inventory and stock, suggest enhancements for customer consideration. Manage payments and account posting. Assist and suggest infrastructure improvements in the Joplin location. Also working to expand company offerings in related fields as directed by the owner using my experience and background knowledge.

Oversee day to day operations related to healthcare linen processing and oversight of both disabled and non-disabled personnel. Customer Service interaction and problem solving. Among the responsibilities is employment and retention of talent, Budget and Expenditures, equipment and chemical selections, formula consulting and programming. Also responsible for advising on major system purchases and coordinating information related to expenditures and contract negotiations.This is a hands on position requiring flexibility and the ability to move between jobs as needed to maintain operations, fill in for vacancies, Customer Service Relations and Contract negotiations, research new procedures and advise on feasibility of implimentation. Minor equipment repairs and general building maintenance as needed.Servicing hospitals in a three state area and advising healthcare entities on supply side issues including linen pricing and comparisons with competing operations.

Game development of an EBG that would accomodate both small groups and convention size play. Consultant on development of games being worked on by partners and development of sustainable and feasible funding sources. Games are still in development.
