Whilst working with Annabelle Chapman I have worked on high end alterations and additions works and new builds within the residential sector. The role has included the following responsibilities; • Client liaison and briefing• Sketch design and design development• Authority approvals• Coordinating consultants and tendering a project• Construction documentation

After graduation I was given the opportunity to run projects at PSA from conceptualisation through to final completion. I worked on a variety of projects including; office fit-outs, industrial warehouse/showroom, office alterations and additions, residential housing and master planning. I was responsible for the following; • Client liaison and briefing• Concept design and feasibility studies• liaising with client/property/procurement departments and the relevant authorities to secure funding and approvals.• Coordinating consultants, tender documentation and tendering a project• Tender analysis/ construction documentation/awarding a tender• Project management and contract administration

The role included design development, detailing, drafting, colour boards, and liaising with clients and consultants. During this time I worked on varied projects in commercial, residential and industrial areas, including office fit outs, cafes and house extensions.

The role included drafting and basic office admin.
