Edwina Griffin is a negotiation consultant operating in the areas of negotiation, mediation and communication. Edwina specialises in workplace and franchise mediations. Your negotiator also offers training in communication and negotiation skills. Edwina now specialises in workplace mediations, including disputes under the worker's compensation scheme and non-compensation disputes. Mediation can assist with work relationships for return-to-work claims and can also address disputes prior to them escalating. After running her own company and team for over 18 years and then working for franchisors in national franchises, Edwina has been involved in negotiations and mediations in franchise networks on all levels from workplace mediations to group negotiations. She is on the panel for the NSW Small Business Commissioner.
