He is an Assistant Professor and the Program Head for Business Administration at Southland College, a dynamic and progressive institution offering quality and affordable education in the southern Negros Occidental, Philippines. With over 15 years of combined industry and academic experience in business education, innovation, and leadership in Bangladesh and the Philippines, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He is also a PhD candidate in Business Management at the University of St. La Salle, where he is developing a predictive model of successful entrepreneurs in Negros Occidental, Philippines. In his current role, he leads and implements various initiatives to enhance the quality and relevance of the business administration program. These include developing a comprehensive ON JOB TRAINING Manual, improving the curriculum for online and hybrid learning, and leading the accreditation process. He also contributes to the strategic marketing of the institution by applying blue ocean strategies and creating a customer relationship management database system. Additionally, he teaches and mentors students in various subjects related to marketing, management, and information technology, empowering them to pursue their career goals. His passion for business education and innovation stems from his vision to create a positive social and economic impact in his community and beyond.
