Identified numerous process improvements to streamline, standardize, and automate processes to drive efficiency and profit maximization. Was reengaged by the organization to review the centralized home office payroll processes following a major merger. Identified numerous manual and technology based opportunities for audit, controls, checks, balances, and process improvement between the field and home office time/attendance/payroll process.• Designed, built, tested, and implemented an MSExcel SAP-BPC linked budget/forecast model to produce the administrative department level budgets(120+ historical departments consolidated into 80+ future) for a multi-billion dollar multi-national cold storage company. The model(s) included separate, secured but linked, employee specific headcount based salary and benefit planning modules. • Conducted a business process and urgent cost containment review for Baptists Today, a 501 (c)(3) independent religious news publication. Identified opportunities to reduce costs and/or increase revenue up to ~40% - management enacted approximately half of the recommendations allowing time to implement a capital campaign.
