In less than two years achieved board approval for creation of a hedging program for Coca-Cola Enterprises (the world's largest bottler of Coca-Cola) implementing both direct and indirect hedge programs. Savings exceeded $100M and extended past my tenure.Collaborated with CCE CFO to re-create the Financial Risk Committee to actively manage debt, currency and commodity exposures which resulted in hedging savings for CCE of $10M in fuel costs.
