My major is Material Science and Engineer with my both B.S and M.S degree, after graduate at 2012, I spent 1 year to finish my military service and 1year to Astralia for working holiday. I start my 1st job in Micron Technology at 2015 and until now, I work in Process Integration department for more than 8 years, main resposibility and work as below:2015~2019: Process Integration Engineer--Process optimization to improve product yield and quality.--Setup flow for new product and lead the product to mature yield.--Lot quality and stability control through SPC(Static Process Control).--Electrical and Probe data analysis.--Work with Quality team and Reliability team to solve issue.2019~now: RD Process Integration Engineer--Design and develop latest DRAM product, target to get 1st functional die.--Transfer new product from RD site(U.S) toManufacturing site(TW), and ramp yield to HVM stage(HighVolume Manufacturing).Qualification summary:--Process optimization.--Process design and development.--Electrical data analysis.--SPC.--DRAM and CMOS principle.I am still looking for new job, if you are interesting, please feel free to contact me, thank you for your time!
