I specialise in designing value-for-money solutions to business problems, leveraging as much as possible on existing infrastructure so that customers can maximise their current investments. I am a certified ScrumMaster since 2016, facilitating distributed teams, and optimizing the interactions between team members in the ASEAN region, resulting in successful commissioning of many systems, with little to no technical debt. One of my focus was on designing search driven architecture on platforms such as SharePoint, allowing users to search for the information they need easily.I was also a project manager in the public sector for over 5 years, assisting users in procuring, evaluating, managing and completing cost effective Internet and Intranet application projects such as bespoke systems, COTS and SaaS systems (e.g. Java, .Net, SharePoint). My job scope also includes requesting and managing the budget and cashflow, redesigning business processes that resulted in lowering of operational costs and ensuring compliance to the security and IT policies.I have also lead teams to successfully develop enterprise systems since 2004, using different technologies such as Java, J2EE, J2SE, RFID, Dot Net, and SharePoint. I was also involved in design and development of products using different technologies such as Java, J2EE, J2SE, Dot Net, RFID, and XCode (Mac). In my personal capacity, I have also explored technologies such as Docker, Jupyter Notebook, Python and various linear regression, classification, image recognition, collaboration filtering, and large language models to see how it might be used to improve processes.My interest is in providing solutions to real business requirements that results in added value to the business operations.
