In conjunction with being a Project Manager, I also perform the following as a Project Estimator.~ Estimate Electrical Work Cost for Residential Single-Family/ Multi-Family type dwelling.~ Work Diligently with Vendors, City Inspectors and Utility Company to price out Service Updates, Upgrades, Re-Wires and All New work.~ Stay up to date by attending Classes and Seminars on Code and New Products.~ Hold Weekly meetings with Management to track performance.

~ Work diligently with various Cities, Utility Companies, General Contractors and Clients to achieve Project Objectives which include Deliverables, Schedule and Budget.~ Plan, Design and Execute projects with up to 5 technicians.~ Understand and Maintain Code Compliance.~ Generate weekly Financial Reports and Analyzing Pace Reports to track performance.~ Assign and Maintain Task Accountability for all projects.~ Report directly to CEO.

~Manage receivables, progress billing and billing projection.~Maintaining billing accounts and records. ~Producing financial reports as required by management.~Utilizing communication and project management skills to coordinate a project.~Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs. ~Manage purchasing and inventory while assisting PM with other operational functions.~Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency.

~Prep and ensure rental vehicles are ready for use.~Rent vehicles out to customers~Run daily reports to check rental vehicle inventory level~Assist service advisors and shop technicians when needed.~Schedule customer vehicle for service in the Business Development Center.
