• Manage and forecast Direct Labor rates of 15 different average labor groups, analysis of monthly rate variances, rate forecasting model support, and periodic cost impact studies for proposed accounting changes. • Prepare and develop resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EAC) for Human Resources and Site Management Integrated Product Team (IPT).• Manage to handle indirect budget development & update, cost management, and monthly variance analysis for Service Center pools of $15 million annual costs, Human Resources of $1.5 million, Metrology pool of $1.3 million, and Site Management of $300 K.• Develop Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP) in a team environment. Receive inputs from multiple sources, such as, Financial Operations, Company Offices, and Overhead Accounting. Compile, develop, and provide complete and accurate documentation of forecast revisions (Rate Control Document) to various customers including, government customers (DCMA, DCAA), Executive Management, Financial Operations, CSPR (Cost, Schedule, Planning and Reporting), and Contracts, Pricing & Estimating on a quarterly basis.• Compile data from multiple sources and develop performance reports within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization. Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost performance measurement baselines. Submit and post them in the department website.• Manage, control and report 15-week cash forecast weekly updates for C-17 military cargo airlifter program's Direct Material, B1B bomber, Indirect and Capital Asset expenses valued at over $100 million a month and perform variance analysis of C-17 program's material actual to forecast.• Arrange monthly meetings with IPT managers to review spending, variances and headcounts. Deliver oral presentations using PowerPoint charts on monthly performance to CFO and other finance managers in Resource Council meetings.• Create and maintain a department website and securely publish all deliverables online.
