My background in broadcast operations spans years of work at leading radio and television networks. Across the positions I’ve held, I have worked at broadcast operations centers helping keep the product on air 24/7. My experience includes helping execute disaster recovery operations, broadcast center site evacuations, and emergency procedures for severe weather events. During the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, I developed and helped implement new Broadcast Ops departmental workflows to optimize remote working. In my current role as Broadcast Control Center Manager, I have spearheaded and led to completion new key documentation, process, and training initiatives designed to enhance team training, productivity, and performance.Throughout my career, I have built a record of effective operations team leadership and training, effective major incident management, protocol and documentation creation and improvement initiative, depth of knowledge of broadcast systems and processes, and effective, results-driven relationship building with internal and external partners. I have an extensive record of performing at a high level--on the ground/hands-on--in high-pressure/high demand operations environments and of consistently going above and beyond the call of duty to meet the unique demands of a 24/7 network operation. My versatile operations background allows me to bring a robust skill set to any broadcast organization.
